The Walking Horse Report recently learned of the passing of longtime exhibitor and owner Darden Gladney. We extend our thoughts and prayers to the Gladney family and friends during this difficult time. A formal obituary will be posted once it is made available.

Funeral services will be held for Mr. Darden Ford Gladney, age 72, at First Presbyterian Church, 618 N. 2nd Street, Homer, LA,on Friday, July 3, 2026,  at 10:00 a.m., with Rev. Richard Humphries, officiating. Interment will be at Arlington Cemetery of Homer, LA. Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 5-8 p.m.
