Blaise Broccard hospitalized

The Walking Horse Report has recently learned that trainer Blaise Broccard was involved in a car accident Sunday, January 7, 2024, and was airlifted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Broccard sustained several minor injuries but is undergoing surgery for a broken femur. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers as she recuperates from the accident.

Obituary – Jane Hardy Meredith

Jane Hardy Meredith passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2024 in Roswell, Georgia with her husband of 40 years Tom Meredith at her side. Jane had been diagnosed with clear cell cancer in 2022 and underwent chemotherapy and radiation. Sadly, the cancer returned a few months later.

John Phillip Sharp, age 86, of Ethridge, TN passed away Thursday, January 04, 2024, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He was a native of Ethridge, TN, Owner and Chairman of Sharp Transport, and a member of Ethridge Church of Christ where he served as a former elder.

Madeline (Evans) Tew, of Laurel, MS, entered eternal rest on December 31st, 2023. Madeline was born in New Orleans on November 25th, 1942, to Maurice Evans and Lois Graser Evans. She and her husband, Dwight Kimble Tew, just celebrated their 50th year of marriage.
